Return Policy
Returns
We hope you love everything you receive but in the chance that something doesn’t work, we will gladly accept returns in exchange for store credit. Please return items unused and in the same condition you received them within 14 calendar days from delivery. If 14 calendar days have gone by since your purchase was delivered to you, we can not accept the return. If we receive items ineligible for return, we will give you the option to purchase a return label and ship it back or donate.
We can not accept returns on the following items as they are FINAL SALE:
- Shoes
- Sale items
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
- Swimwear
- Accessories/Gifts
How to return
To return your product, you should mail your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please make sure to include your name or order number in the package
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please make sure to keep your tracking number in case this happens!
Late or missing returns
Please allow 3-5 business days for returns to be processed. A store credit code will be issued via email or phone number provided by the customer via Shopify. If you haven’t received your store credit code within 5 business day of the return showing delivered, please contact us at labelsstyleroom@gmail.com.
