One of my favorite new arrivals, this smocked bodice dress is not only flattering but so much fun for the warmer months— from vacation to brunch, church or a summer soirée!

Dress features a fully smocked bodice with stretch all over, a square neckline in the front and back, dramatic puff sleeves with a ruffle flounced hem (that can be effortlessly worn on and off the shoulder) and a flowy skirt finished with a flounced hem and pockets. Dress is lined.
